NexusFAP is a fitness analytics platform that allows users to log workouts, track progress, and receive AI-powered insights and coaching. The Service includes:

  • Workout logging and tracking features
  • Analytics and progress visualization
  • AI-powered coaching and recommendations (requires credits)
  • Performance reports and training plans (requires credits)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

Certain AI-powered features require credits. Credits can be purchased through the Service:

  • 1 credit = $1 USD
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits do not expire
  • Credit costs for features are displayed before use

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account with others

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service (workout logs, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Generate AI-powered insights for your account
  • Create aggregated, anonymized analytics (no personal data shared)

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI coaching features provide general fitness guidance based on your logged data. This content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered:

  • Medical advice
  • Professional personal training
  • A substitute for consultation with healthcare providers

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your exercise or nutrition regimen.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated insights will be accurate or suitable for your needs
  • Results from following AI recommendations are guaranteed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusFAP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
